The legal basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed; this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified and provided there are no statutory retention requirements.

The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive rights as a data subject (information and intervention rights) against the person responsible regarding the processing of your personal data, which we inform you about below:

If there are statutory retention periods for data that is processed within the framework of legal or similar obligations, these data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods expire, provided they are no longer required for the fulfillment of a contract or for contract initiation according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR and/or we have no legitimate interest in further storage. Your personal data processed on the legal basis of protecting our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR will be stored until you exercise your right to object according to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Your data processed on a legal basis for the purpose of direct marketing according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR will be stored until you exercise your right to object according to Art. 21 Para. 2 GDPR. Your stored personal data will be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. This does not apply if otherwise stated in this declaration for specific processing situations.
